I need a new red card, or want to purchase DoorDash merchandise.
Visit www.doordashstore.com to place your order. You do not need to login. Just select your items, add them to your cart and check out.

Why hasn't my red card arrived?
If you selected Standard Mail (7-10 business days), you will not receive tracking. If you have not received it after 10 business days, please fill out the form below. For other shipping methods, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please be sure to check spam or junk mail if you do not receive tracking.

Why am I unable to order PPE items?
DoorDash determines who has access to the PPE site. If the store is not accepting your email, you are not eligible. If you believe this is an error, please contact DoorDash directly at support@doordash.com. If you have access to the store, and are unable to order, please note that you can only place a new order after a full 7 days has passed since your last order. Please try again on the 8th day.
