Inventory Items

If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # as a first step.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the day of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging with original tags still attached. The items being returned must be clearly highlighted on the packing slip; the packing slip must be in the box. In the event that a product is returned due to a quality or production issue, you will receive a replacement product free of charge.

Product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects for a period of ninety days from the date of the original retail purchase. Any defects should be reported in that time frame.

Custom/Personalized Items:

Several of our items are made on demand specifically for you! Unfortunately, this means those items are unable to be returned. If you are not completely satisfied with your order please reach out to us for additional information about the items you wish to return.
